After discovery, you get a quote with scope, timeline and price, valid for 30 days. For larger projects, we can invoice in instalments.
Custom software, built around how you work
Is your team working around its software, with spreadsheets as sticking plasters? We build ERP systems, BI environments and machine-learning applications that fit your processes. You know the cost up front, and once you’ve paid in full, the code is yours.
When custom software is the right choice
Custom software isn’t always necessary. Sometimes an off-the-shelf package will do, and then we’ll tell you so. Custom software pays off most in situations like these.
- You work around your software. Off-the-shelf packages force your team into workarounds, duplicate work and standalone spreadsheets.
- Reporting takes too long. Pulling figures from different systems is manual work, and by the time it’s done it’s already out of date.
- The way you work is your edge. Your processes make your business unique. You want software that strengthens that, not software that flattens it.

Questions about custom software
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what the software needs to do, which is why we start with the Discover phase: we map out your goals, requirements and technical situation. You then get a roadmap with a defined scope, a realistic timeline and transparent pricing. The build itself is done for a fixed price, as set out in the quote.
Who owns the software you build?
You do. Once you’ve paid in full, you own all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences, and we may keep using general techniques and know-how in other work. It’s all set out in our terms of service.
Why custom software rather than an off-the-shelf package?
Off-the-shelf software makes you adapt the way you work to the package. Custom software works the other way around: it’s built around how your business actually works. That said, custom isn’t always the answer. If an existing package suits you fine, we’ll tell you honestly.
How will you keep me informed during the build?
You talk directly to the people building it, with no account manager in between. Regular check-ins and demos of what already works let you see progress early and often. And when your priorities shift, we adapt quickly.
